Rules Reiteration

　　每人一个业务代表资格证号，每人只可拥有一个业务代表资格证号。本规范同样适用于业务代表及其配偶。
　　One Sales Representative Status Per Person
　　An individual may have only one Herbalife Sales Representative status. This policy applies to both the Sales Representative and their spouse.
　　一个实体只能具有一个服务提供商身份，并且不得直接或间接协助任何其他服务提供商的业务经营。如果康宝莱确定服务提供商直接或间接协助其他服务提供商的业务经营，康宝莱有权自行决定处置该等服务提供商，包括但不限于终止其服务提供商身份。
　　An individual may have only one Service Provider-ship and may not, directly or indirectly, assist in the operation of any other Service Provider-ships. If Herbalife determines that a Service Provider is directly or indirectly assisting in the operation of another Service Provider-ship, Herbalife shall have sole and absolute discretion to determine the disposition of both Service Provider-ships，including but not limited to，the termination of the Service Provider-ships.
